When the Horton Feedlot and Research Center was first established outside of Wellington, CO, it was well out in the country. In the ensuing years, the city has crept closer and closer and threatens to eventually surround the operation. Having city neighbors that close presents lots of challenges. But it presents lots of opportunities, too. Travis Horton explains.
