Top Dollar Angus partnering with Blue Grass Stockyards

Partnership couples genetic verification with largest livestock marketing company in the Eastern United States.

Top Dollar Angus and Blue Grass Stockyards recently announced they have completed arrangements for a strategic partnership designed to benefit producers east of the Mississippi River. The partnership will provide expanded promotion opportunities for commercial cow-calf producers who market feeder cattle with objectively-determined, Top 25% ranking growth and carcass genetics.

The agreement brings together two companies focused on promotion and marketing of their customers’ feeder cattle. Top Dollar Angus is the first of its kind feeder cattle genetic verification company for Top 25% feeding performance and carcass beef genetics. Blue Grass Stockyards emphasizes the marketing of beef cattle through their network of auction markets, while providing customers with progressive and innovative programs to obtain the broadest array of marketing opportunities.

Customers of Blue Grass with top-ranking genetics will now be able to verify and promote their cattle to a broader base of buyers and feedlots who constantly seek cattle that grow and grade.
