Expo discusses meat, poultry and seafood processing
Proposals to deliver Meat Tech presentations at the 2009 Worldwide Food Expo, Oct. 28-31, 2009, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Ill., are due by June 5.
Each day of the show, Meat Tech will feature a series of 15 minute presentations by exhibitors on operations and technical issues critical to all aspects of meat, poultry and seafood processing.
Meat Tech presentations are designed to provide exhibiting companies and their customers with an additional opportunity for dialogue and discussion about specific, individual topics. Papers are submitted by exhibiting suppliers, reviewed by AMI technical staff and presented by the scientific and technical experts from the exhibit companies.
Specific papers are presented in the following categories:
- Recent Analytical Methods of Pathogens
- Application of Sanitary Design Principles for Meat & Poultry Processing Equipment and Facilities
- Food Defense
- Information Technology
