Leigh Rubin, creator of Rubes®, the cartoon that appears each month in the BEEF Xpress section of BEEF magazine (you can see a gallery of past cartoons here), was recently profiled in a segment on WSMV TV in Nashville, TN.  Rubin was in Nashville to exhibit in the trade show that is a big part of the annual Cattle Industry Convention. Ahead of that gig, he and his son Andrew, a talented guitarist, appeared at a Nashville Public Library. You can see Andrew picking on his unique “Cow Guitar” here and watch the WSMN TV segment here.
