The U.S. House of Representatives passed an Endangered Species Act (ESA) reform bill last month. HR 3824, which would provide incentives for landowners who voluntarily participate in species conservation efforts, was approved by a 229-to-193 vote. The bill now goes to the U.S. Senate.
