Vote for your favorite “Celebrate Spring” photo finalist

Spring on the ranch is full of new beginnings — baby calves, green grass and fresh herd sires waiting for breeding season. To celebrate spring, we asked readers to submit their favorite photos depicting the season.

We received nearly 60 entries in our contest, and the beautiful images ranged from brandings, to moving pairs, to a calf’s first steps, to spring storms rolling across the prairie.

You can view the entire gallery of images here.

As tradition, we’ve narrowed down the entries to 10 finalists, and we ask our readers to help choose our champions!

Congratulations to our 10 “Celebrate Spring” photography finalists including: Tammy English, Doug Hoort, Kellee Whitehurst, Alissa Sanders, Lauren Neale, Blake Reynolds, Mitchell Schmidt, Amy Jo Beckstrand, Tonea Scarbrough, and Lacee Sims.

Voting will run from April 4 until noon on April 11. You can vote daily to help your favorite photo win! We will announce the winners on April 12. The grand champion photographer will receive a $100 VISA gift card, and the reserve champion photographer will receive a $50 VISA gift card, respectively. Plus, new this time, the remaining eight finalists will receive a BEEF art print, as well as three randomly selected voters.
