Purchase the Sur La Table Meatball Grilling Basket here.
I've used this basket several times over the course of the summer, and it always wows my guests. Most recently, I whipped up a wide-array of meatball ingredients, so my friends and family could select from a variety of options at my end-of-summer barbecue and bonfire. The list of ingredients I threw together included: swiss, pepperjack and cheddar cheese, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, pickles, bacon, barbecue sauce, salsa, taco seasoning, garlic, basil, tomatoes and even zucchini. The possibilities are endless, especially if you have a ton of produce left from your garden to eat up! Just place meat, vegetables, sauces and cheeses in bowls and let your guests mix-and-match their favorites to make their own unique creations. This is a fun way to entertain a crowd.
Here are a few other meatball recipes worth trying!
