Sour Cream Enchiladas

  • 1 1/2-21b hamburger
  • Onion
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • Small tortilla shells
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • Grated cheese
  • 12 oz sour cream
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup


Brown hamburger, onion, and green chilies. Drain and add taco seasoning. Mix sour cream and soup. Warm together. Pour half of sour cream mixture on bottom of pan. Sprinkle grated cheese. Fill shells with meat mixture and roll up, and then lay on top of sour cream mixture. Pour rest of sour cream mixture over top and cover with grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 3500 for 20 minutes.
