The University of Minnesota Beef Team is offering a “Stocker Backgrounder Nutrition and Management” home study course. Lesson topics include nutrition; health management; preconditioning; grazing management; economics; and facilities, equipment and labor.

Register by Feb. 1. Lessons will be mailed every 6-10 days beginning in February. Registration is $40, and covers six lessons, a three-ring binder, supporting reference materials and postage.
