Hughes Cattle Co. -- owned and operated by John and Robert Hughes -- has been named National Stocker Award (NSA) winner for 2006 by BEEF magazine. As overall winners, Hughes Cattle Co. receives $10,000 cash from Elanco Animal Health, and an expenses-paid trip to the 2007 Cattle Industry Annual Convention in Nashville, TN, Jan. 31-Feb. 3.

Two other finalists for the award Triple Heart Ranch at Wanette, OK, and D&H Cattle Co. at Collins, MS, each receive a $2,500 cash prize from Elanco.
