Kubota RTV400Ci
Kubota’s gas-powered RTV400Ci utility vehicle boasts mid-size utility vehicle features, but fits in the bed of a full-size, long-bed pickup truck. At 54.7 in. wide and 72 in. tall, the four-wheel-drive unit’s fuel-injected 6-hp, air-cooled, single-cylinder gas engine boasts a maximum speed of 25 mph.
Electronic fuel-injection guarantees quick, easy starts and on-demand power and optimized acceleration. The unit weighs just 1,257 lbs., but can handle upwards of 440 lbs., 9 cu. ft., in its metal cargo box, and tow up to 1,102 lbs.

Expanded Express FP label
Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. (BIVI) announces an expanded label on its Express® FP vaccine line. Offering more modified-live protection for pregnant cows, Express FP now includes these claims:
• Aids in the prevention of abortion due to infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR).
• Demonstrated 12-month duration of immunity against IBR-induced abortion and BVD Types 1 and 2, including protection against persistent infection.
• Vaccination flexibility with approval to administer to pregnant cattle provided they were vaccinated with any Express FP vaccine in the last 12 months according to label directions.

1CX backhoe facelift
JCB’s 1CX backhoe loader has a new appearance, longer loader arms, an extended dipper option, servo controls and an improved power management system. The external upgrades include new styling, improved working lights, sturdy electrical switchgear and optional loader arms that are 4 in. longer. Plus, the rear extending dipper option adds up to 20 in. to the digging envelope, extending digging depth to 10 ft. The unit’s loader lift capacity is 1,323 lbs.

New BRD label
ZACTRAN®, Merial’s rapid-response weapon in the battle against bovine respiratory disease (BRD) in high-risk cattle, is now approved for the treatment of Mycoplasma bovis. With this approval, prescription ZACTRAN is labeled as a first-pull treatment for all major pathogens of BRD in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle, including Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Histophilus somni and M.bovis. ZACTRAN is also labeled to control respiratory disease in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle at high risk of developing BRD associated with M. haemolytica and P. multocida.
ZACTRAN is a prescription product and is administered subcutaneously at a dose of 2 mL/110 lbs. It’s available in three ready-to-use sizes – 100, 250 and 500 mL.
