Durable bale wrap

Vermeer Corporation adds Vermeer brand net wrap to its forage product line. Vermeer™ Net, available for 4-ft. and 5-ft. balers, and Rebel™ Net, designed for Vermeer Rebel® Series Balers, both feature superior net strength for ultimate bale protection.

The netwrap is produced with heavy-duty HDPE for a stronger tape, and both Vermeer Net and Rebel Net offer optimum net spread to cover square-shouldered bales with little net stretch, improving bale appearance. Vermeer Net is offered in a variety of lengths and is suitable for most round balers.

Universal manure/silage forks

Fit most loaders with one of the four universal manure/silage/debris forks available from Worksaver, Inc. The versatile forks accept bolt-on interfacing brackets to mate with most pin-on or quick-attach loaders, and pre-cut slots in the back plate allow for easy installation of the bolt-on interfacing brackets. All four models feature forged cranked tines for improved efficiency, and two of the models offer an upper grapple for securing larger loads.

Test hay moisture on the go

Determine the moisture content of the hay you are baling on the go with the Advanced Baler-Mounted Hay Moisture Tester from John Deere.

Featuring a large, illuminated LCD screen, accurate readings – viewable from the tractor seat – are displayed in .1% increments every three seconds. The tester allows plus or minus offset adjustments, depending on the type of hay and baling conditions, and the operator can set high and low moisture-reading limits. The Baler-Mounted Hay Moisture Tester can be used on any brand of small-square or round baler.
