Recognizing the opportunities for increased beef, pork and lamb exports to South America, the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) has retained an experienced food and agricultural industry veteran to manage the South America region. She will be based in Lima, Peru.
Jessica Julca has more than 10 years of food industry experience in her native Peru, having served as a manager over quality control and food safety technologies for one company and in sales management for another. She also has been an industry consultant on quality control, and has developed marketing strategies to distribute red meat products to hotels and high-end restaurants.
