For the past two years, the staffs of BEEF and the Minnesota Beef Council have cooperated to critique and rate a few of what are now hundreds of convenient beef products available at retail. The intent of this project is to introduce readers to the factors on which consumers rate the beef products they buy at retail.

Alliance Yellow Pages — our latest listing of more than 40 of the industry's top value-based, beef production and marketing alliances, including both consumer-based and calf-based programs. It includes contact information and participation requirements, features and costs.
IRM News archives — For the past five years, BEEF has carried the official quarterly newsletter of the national IRM program to our 104,000 readers. BEEF absorbs the cost in this exclusive arrangement as an industry service. We want to expose as many producers as possible to this valuable program and source of production and management information.
