Agriculture is the nation's largest employer with 23 million jobs directly related to food production. And, with 7 billion people in the world, and growing, the production of food and fiber will only get more important. Still, Yahoo! News last week published an article entitled, "College Majors That Are Useless." Deemed as among the top five were agriculture, animal science and horticulture; the other two were fashion design and theater.
