My Big Fat Greek Steaks!

1 medium onion – chunked up
2 Garlic cloves
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp mustard
½ tsp ground ginger
1 ½ tsp pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
Beef Steaks - ( have used with T-Bones or "Patio Steaks" - would work well with any cut)
Marinade makes up to 2-4 depending on steak size


In a blender combine onion, garlic, sugar, mustard, ginger, pepper, cayenne and process until onion is finely chopped – add water and soy sauce. Process until almost smooth. Place beef steaks in a baggie and pour in marinade – and shake to cover- refrigerate for 1-2 hours. After 1-2 hours – drain and discard marinade. Grill beef to desired doneness.
