Powder River's Hydraulic Chute with Extension Arm allows positioning of its hydraulic-control levers where the operator wants them, even vertically, making them accessible from a stool or a chair. Compact tractor line

Nine models comprise Bobcat Company's new compact tractor line. Already available are the CT120, CT122, CT225, CT230 and CT235 models, while four remaining models will be introduced throughout 2008. The tractors feature four-wheel drive, hydrostatic transmission and can be used with Bobcat implements such as the angle blade, auger, backhoe, box blade, finish mower, seeder and tine rake and front-end loader attachments. Horsepower and individual specifications vary with each model.

Flexible-frame wheel rake

Vermeer's WRX14 Flex Frame Wheel Rake sweeps up to 28-ft. wide and folds for transport to 8-ft., 2-in. Equipped with 14 crop-driven rake wheels, it can be fitted with an optional two-wheel center windrow splitter system for more complete turning. When in transport, the rake wheel clearance is 17-in.; rear frame height is 4 ft., 2 in.; and length is 30 ft., 2 in. Windrow widths range from 3-6 ft. The WRX14 weighs 4,370 lbs. and can be operated with a minimum 30-hp tractor with two sets of auxiliary remotes (for folding and lifting).

Delayed-release implant

Revalor-XS from Intervet is the first delayed-release combination implant for steers fed in confinement that combines in a single implant the proven performance of trenbolone acetate and estradiol as an initial dose of Revalor-IS and a terminal dose of Revalor-S.

The first dose goes to work immediately after implanting. The second dose, shielded by the patented X7^™ polymer coating, goes to work 70-80 days later. Each implant contains 10 pellets, four uncoated and six X7 polymer coated, to support weight gain for up to 200 days.
