Ultrasound Training Opportunities Announced
The National Centralized Ultrasound Processing (CUP) Lab is hosting a beginner ultrasound training course, Aug. 21-23 in Ames, IA, followed by an advanced course Aug. 24-26. Participants in the beginner course must pre-register at www.cuplab.com.
In addition, CUP is planning an Aug. 21-26 open seminar for Ultrasound Guidelines Council (UGC)-certified technicians. The session is designed to keep experienced techs on the cutting edge with scanning tips and advice, a CUP release says.
Field-tech certification will be administered by UGC and hosted by The University of Georgia Sep. 13-15 and Sept. 20-22. Trainees are encouraged to register early. For more info, call CUP at 515-232-9442.
