Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Tim Johnson (D-SD) introduced legislation to require all motor fuel sold in the U.S. to include 10% renewable fuel by 2010. Johnson says, "The Grassley-Johnson 10 x 10 Act would force Big Oil to reduce their costly addiction to foreign oil, while also increasing the incomes of family farmers in South Dakota. We need less talk and more action when it comes to energy independence."
