Sens. Charles Grassley (R-IA) and Ken Salazar (D-CO), and Reps. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and Collin Peterson (D-MN), introduced a Congressional resolution calling for a goal of 25% of the nation's energy supply from renewable sources by 2025. Grassley says, “America for too long has endured tight energy supplies. And, unfortunately ‘abracadabra’ won't solve our problems. That's why the 25 by '25 initiative is so important. It's going to take bold ideas and workable solutions.”
