Amy and Philip Kruse came home after October's blizzard to find more than 118 of their cattle dead. But their spirits have been boosted after they received a special envelope in the mail from fourth-graders in Idaho. 

"We were surprised to find this envelope in our mail with hand-written letters in our mailbox from school kids in Idaho," said Amy, who is from Idaho but she doesn't know anyone from the school. "We were just shocked we couldn't figure out how they found us.”

“They” are the students from Summit Elementary School in Wendell, ID.
