Employee seminar
Kansas State University, the National Cattlemen's Beef Association and the National Pork Board are offering the Employee Management for Production Agriculture Conference, Oct. 10-11 at the Kansas City (MO) Airport Marriott Hotel. The sessions will look at such topics as: Working with diverse cultures; maintaining employee morale in difficult times like drought, heat and floods; and how to help employees think of their work as “our” business instead of “your” business. Contact Sarah Fogleman at 620-431-1530 or visit www.oznet.ksu.edu/employee.
