Where Do You Take Your BEEF Magazine?

RSS

We want to know where our readers enjoy our print publication the most.

As a teenager, I loved flipping through the pages of Glamour magazine. A little bit of a guilty pleasure, the girly pages of the magazine were certainly a departure from the usual cattle magazines and newspapers that decorated our coffee table. One of the things I remember about Glamour was in the opening pages, the magazine always featured photos of readers holding their copy of the publication in exotic places.

I was reminded of this the other day when BEEF Editor Joe Roybal passed along this email from BEEF reader Trixie Grill, from Hot Springs, SD.

Grill writes, “Joe, I wasn't sure who to send this to, but I thought you would get a kick out of it. Last weekend, we had three days of brandings, and we were all tired, sore and worn out. My husband Brad, and son Braden (10), grabbed a couple of magazines and went and hopped in the hot tub for a while. I checked on them after about 15 minutes, and this was the scene out the back door. I got such kick out of it that I had to take a  photo. I shared it with lots of friends and family and many emailed back saying I should really send it your way to see.” -- Trixie Grill, B Lazy T Ranch

I've tried a dozen times to get it in print but you won't send it to me. So, I read it on my iPhone whenever I check my email.
