Fall Harvest Photography Contest Deadline Extended!

I have received several entries so far, and I’m excited to showcase your talents in the final rounds of this contest. Although the deadline was supposed to be tomorrow, I’m extending that date to next Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010 to accommodate the requests of many readers who have said they need a little more time to capture those special moments around the ranch.

I’m also excited to announce the prizes that will be granted to the Grand and Reserve Champion photographs in this contest. The first-place winner will receive a copy ofRanch Style: The Artistic Culture and Design of the Real West by David R. Stoecklein. The second place photographer will receive a copy of Great Ranches of the West by Jim Keen, both are $50 values and make beautiful conversation pieces to place on your coffee table at home.

It’s simple to enter. Just send your favorite fall photos to amanda.nolz@penton.com, and include your name and mailing address with your entry.
