The MBA Program—that’s Masters of Beef Advocacy—has trained more than 2,000 people in how to convincingly talk about the value and the role of beef production in modern society. And those 2,000 people aren’t all cattlemen. Some are chefs, consumers, retail executives and others with an interest and a stake in the beef business. Daren Williams, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association executive director of communications, explains the program and how cattlemen can get involved.
